Our family of two grandparents, four parents, and two little ones spent 5 nights at this property, coming in from three different states. Carol was great at prompt and helpful communication, and the house worked out well for us. All descriptions are accurate for the property - 3 large bedrooms each with en suite baths, a great room with open concept dining and kitchen areas, and a double-level balcony on the back overlooking the hills. There was plenty of parking, including a garage, and there were kayaks and a firepit to use. Carol even left s'mores fixings and a bottle of wine as welcome gifts.

Two things to note for future renters:
1) not shown in the photos are the stairs that go from the main level to the lower level, and they are a long run of stairs with no gate or door on them. For renters without small children, this is no issue at all. But if you have toddlers or babies as we do, it was something we had to be vigilant about.
2) while the photos accurately depict the lovely home and its amenities, they do make it seem larger than it actually is. The house worked out fine for the 8 of us, but we remarked that it was a bit smaller than expected based on the photos.

We're thinking about making this an annual get-together, and we'd definitely consider this property again. Well-recommended.
