Very glad we chose this hotel. We found it in the hotel coupon book and chose it because the business center was advertised as having a printer which was what we needed. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the hotel was. The room was a good size and very clean. Bed was comfortable but I did not like the pillows. I like a nice squishy feather pillow. The free breakfast was very good and the breakfast attendant was extremely helpful and nice as were everyone who worked there. I would definitely stay there again.

Checking out of our room, the couple next to us made the remark that they did not know we had dogs but did commit on the relay races going on upstairs along with doors slamming contest. Proof that some people make better parents. The gentleman laughed.

First of all, this Best Western had the best housecleaning of any Best Western that I have used. The front desk staff was also very good. The room was a bit small by Best Western standards, but it was VERY well maintained. They also welcomed my very large breed dog.

After a long day of driving stopped for an overnight. Clean, great service, reasonable and right off highway. Special mention to Latoya who ran the breakfast room. If you order food to be delivered, order from Marco's.

We stayed at the Best Western overnight when driving from N.Y. to Florida. The rooms have been renovated, but are showing signs of wear and tear. The carpet was worn, we had a water leak stain on the ceiling, and the ceiling over the bathtub/shower was actually cracked and looked like it would cave in at any moment. The rooms have exterior entrance doors - our door handle was quite loose and we had to jiggle it around to get the entry card to open the door to get in. Window air conditioner was pretty noisy and made it hard to sleep. Breakfast was skimpy so we decided to pick something up after we got on the road again. We travel with our two small dogs - when we booked the room direct through the front desk, we mentioned we would have the dogs with us - they confirmed that they do accept pets. We were quoted a rate of $79.95 less a discount. When we checked out we were charged a $20 pet fee - this was not mentioned when we reserved the room. And finally, when we checked in, the desk clerk told us it would be ok to let the dogs do their business anywhere in the grassy area. Well, there are NO grassy areas anywhere near the room entrances…to get to grass, we had to walk out of the parking lot, past the entrance, all the way to the back side of the hotel, and that is where we finally found some grass. Not very comfortable doing this after dark, since it is isolated and backs up to some small businesses that looked semi-deserted. We would not stay at this hotel again.
