This actually turned out to be comical. We went as a group tour. There were 16 of us. All seniors. When we finished shopping in the little town and going through the museum, we were dropped off in this area where there are several restaurants in a row. Some of them were closed, so almost all of us ended up here. The reason it turned out to be comical was that the Special of the Day was a Grilled Cheese Sandwich with Soup. After some of us ordered that, the poor server came out to tell us that they were out of white bread, but could give us marble rye. She then came out and told us they were out of American Cheese, but could give us Cheddar. To be fair, when some of the group did not like the marble and cheddar sandwich, the server discounted their meals a bit. We later heard her say they ran out of diet coke. The poor server told us that they like to serve fresh food and Mondays are always really slow, so they do not order in a lot of food. That is why they ran out of everything. The kicker was when we were leaving for the return bus, we noticed that a sign had been posted 'CLOSING AT 3:00' . LOL Perhaps it was more poor planning on the tour guide's part.
