We stayed recently for two nights and couldn't be more impressed. From the time we booked online I was impressed by the quick responses to emails and the information delivered on location and key instructions was timely and well thought out. The cottage itself is beautiful - completely tasteful, comfortable with so many little extra touches - truly a home from home. Karen left us the most generous breakfast provisions which so appreciated with a wonderful selection of teas and other beverages. I would absolutely recommend Stoneleigh Cottage, it's well placed to walk to the shops and eateries of the delightful town of Angaston but is quiet at night. We chose extremely well! Thank you from the heart, Karen.

We spent a couple of days here during our trip to the Barossa and found the cottage exceedingly comfortable. The hosts have ensured that it is like a home away from home, all the equipment is there if you want to cook, beautifully furnished and the breakfast provisions left were very generous. If I know of anyone travelling to the Barossa will definitely recommend Stonleigh Cottage, it’s location is a great base to explore from.

We stayed 4 nights in the cottages while visiting the Barossa Valley. The cottages were cute but the layout was a little funky in that we had to go all the way through the living room and kitchen to get to the bathroom whereas if they had made the large laundry room the bathroom......it was fine for the 2 of us. Karen provided plentiful and tasty products for breakfast. The kitchen was well supplied but the place lacked a BBQ. The location was within easy walking distance to Angaston and for access to the Barossa Valley but it was a little noisy first thing in the morning situated on the main street. Two other suggestions, besides the BBQ, we would make would be king size bed in the bedroom and more comfortable chairs/table in the yard vs. the iron ware table and chairs. Overall, for the price this was a pretty good find.

First impressions do not disappoint at this beautiful property. Very charming and homely, a great size kitchen and bathroom, and easy parking. The breakfast supplies were plentiful for our 3 night stay and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. Didn't get to enjoy the private courtyard due to the rain. Walking distance to the centre of Angaston, Owners were wonderfully helpful and easy to contact.

Stonleigh Cottage is located in the centre of Angaaston, just a short walk to the cheese factory and the awesome Wanera wine bar. The cottage is beautiful and the host Karen does a fantastic job of ensuring that everything you need is there, including a few special treats! Highly recommend this is a great place to base yourself if spending a few days or longer in the Valley.

Thankyou very much for your review, we find that our guests like the close proximity to the town centre, it is a lovely walk along Murray Street to view some of the heritage listed properties along the way. Glad you enjoyed the extra treats. Kind regards, Karen Homan.
