Staff was amazing so helpful. I have never stayed at a hotel where even the house keeping staff was so nice and helpful. The Hotel was clean and the breakfast was great. South hospitality at its best for sure!

Thank you so much for your wonderful words about our staff in particular our housekeeping staff as they are the heart of our hotel and without them we would not be able to continue to provide you with that southern hospitality that you so mentioned in its entirety along with all the other necessary amenities and comfort any Hampton should provide.

This hotel has always been neat and clean with a great staff. The hotel has a very friendly atmosphere. When you walk in there is a nice comfortable lobby and someone at the service desk to check you in. The hotel is usually quiet and great for working from your room in the evenings. The coffee bar is convenient to grab cup on your way to your room or leaving out the door.

I enjoyed my stay. Close to Crabtree mall. Uber was reasonable to get downtown for the night on a weekend. Check in was fast because I did the digital check in and chose my room. 628 is nice...especially for seeing the Sunrise. Breakfast was decent and they have late check out til 12 if you ask!!! The service is great. They offer you water bottles...have cookies during the day and all you 24 hr coffee which waa awesome . I would stay here again for a weekend trip again.

Erika at the front desk is amazing! So pleasant, so helpful and very welcoming! The hotel is newer and fresh! Convenient to everything that the Crabtree area has to offer. The Hampton beds are great! I also appreciated the walk-in showers in the bathroom. Roomy without having to hurdle over the edge of a bathtub. Even though the hotel is located close to the interstate, it is quiet and peaceful in the rooms.

Got there late and check in was super easy. Location is kind of off the beat but still easy enough. The rooms were great and zero complaints at all. Staff was excellent and very friendly. Breakfast was awesome! Great job and did not cut corners. Coffee was so-so but hey, thats life! No complaints and want to say thanks for a great stay. Keep it up. Clean and good.
