The hotel and stay were normal until I awoke the next day to find I had bug bites all over my body. I had an early morning flight out so I contacted the hotel the next morning to lodge a complaint. Needless to say after half a dozen phone calls to Sam the General Manager (voice mail and messages left with the front desk) he has not called back. I guess it shows you how (a) this hotel views customer service and (b) how they view overall cleanliness.
