We went here for lunch on a Friday and I got the Village Deli Italian sub as well as a cup of chili. The chili was delicious and had nice chunks of tomato, green pepper, and jalapeno in it. There was a good amount of ground beef as well. The sandwich had good meats and veggies on it for this type of sandwich, but there was way too much bread on the sub roll. In my opinion, the bread overpowered the contents of the sandwich. Maybe if they would prepare this as a wrap it would be better and have a lot less carbs. The sweet and un-sweet tea were very good as well. The restaurant has a warm neighborly feel to it. The food was ready very quickly as well.
