The weekend was nice “weather wise” therefore, I didn’t mind having to walk outside to the main lobby. The geographic layout is different yet it is cute. As always the Inn is clean: in the room, outside in the hallway and in the parking lot and lobby. Friendly staff that was helpful. The room is smoke free however there was a slight odor of smoke which could be attributed to the location of the room to the outside walkway. Overall the stay was good at this RI.

Stayed here for one night during a work trip. I received a warm welcome as soon as I walked in the door. I received a nice welcome gift for being a platinum marroitt member. The room has plenty of space to work and relax. Attached is a picture of the full size kitchen if needed. I aways enjoy the free popcorn. I would stay again.

Well designed layout, clean. Bla breakfast(typical?). Paper towels and toilet paper too thin. Pleasant staff. No Golf channel. Our studio with kitchenette was only $ 464 for 4 nites! Staff helpful with hairdryer and outlet issue.

This was not a bad stay but the great staff hospitality is not enough to overcome the location, hotel layout, dusty rooms, and evening snacks. There is another Residence Inn and Courtyard (with free airport shuttle--check hours) located within a couple of miles (Brier Creek) of the airport and in a location with shopping and restaurants close by. This location is close to the airport but not in a pedestrian friendly area (not that there is really anything to walk or drive to).

The front desk, breakfast, and workout room are in a detached clubhouse/building. All the rooms are interior but in separate buildings behind the clubhouse. If you need to go to the front desk, you have to leave your building and walk around to the front of the clubhouse to enter the building. I did not feel very safe at night. There is a back door but is locked after the social hour.

The rooms were typical Residence Inn but seemed to have a level of dust that comes with remodeling. The room didn’t appear to be newly remodeled but there was a white and grey dust in the carpet and on the bathroom floors.

Most Residence Inn socials have gone downhill but this was the worst. One night it was late, one night it wasn’t what was stated it would be, and the food was not only meniscal but subpar.

On a positive note, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The airport shuttle runs 24 hours a day and relatively quick.

Thank you so much for feedback on your recent stay with us. It was great to hear how much you enjoyed our Great Staff Hospitality! Our location was built to be close to the Airport for quick Shuttling, Close to Perimeter Park for our Business Travelers as well as to Interstate 40. Our design with separate guest areas from rooms was intentional to keep those areas quite and private. I apologize that the design was not what you were looking for on your visit. I have reviewed your other comments with our team to ensure those were a one time incident as they are not indicative of that service we thrive to provide here.

I again appreciate you taking time to give us feedback and appreciate you choosing Marriott Hotels!

Kind Regards!
