We love it here. Level sites, very clean, great walking trails on the Catawba river, very good breakfast available at the office and lots to do nearby in Black Mountain, Asheville, Mt. Mitchell, etc. great place and staff is friendly. You won’t be disappointed.

Spent three nights. Back in sites are level concrete with grass. Longer than any rig. Full hook-ups; wifi; no cable. Check-in is at the service center. Well maintained. Campground is behind the sales office. There is a small breakfast area that serves grits, eggs ,bacon, sasuage, gravy biscuit, and pancakes, with coffee. You wait on yourself; but it's only $5.

Campground is well maintained. No trees for shade. Resturant/restrooms very nice.Ask for sales person named Charlie. He's great if you want a good experience purchasing an RV here. Service Department sucks.

The camping is probably good for groups and rallys. Sites all are level concrete pads which were nice. The service was a bit of a nightmare. We only needed a door latch replaced on a Keystone camper we purchased here in September. My wife had called and had this arranged. We had a repair appointment for Friday at 9:30 am. An additional call was made during the week to ask a question an confirm our appointment time .Everything is set. Upon arrival we are told we have no appointment. No sense of urgency we just do not have one. Thanks to Amanda who was very nice and rescued us by making sure we got in line for our repair. Camper would be brought to the campsite . After a few trips to the office and finally asking a service employee our camper arrived..FOUR HOURS after dropping it off. I had heard a lot of good things about the campground. Really did not see this. It seems that since the takeover by camping world there has been somewhat of an exodus here. We were asked about who helped us before and a couple of those folks no longer work here. In addition we made several phone calls to TJMG that we never returned. It also took us six months to get our trailer tag. We were pleased with the deal we got on our camper back in September. However we will not buy or camp here again.
