“Wish we had stayed longer”
Reviewed 14 September 2015 for a stay in September 2015

This is a very nice, very large home close to the river. To reach the river you have to either go down a looong flight of steps and walk down the gravel road one lot or drive around to the river lot. We walked back & forth & also took the car with all the chairs, fishing gear cooler etc. River lot was very nice, mowed with picnic table & shallow place to get into river. We fished & had fun just mucking around. We ran out of time before we got our tubes in for a float.
Cabin beds were comfy. The whole place was very clean. The back porch was our hang out spot with a big hammock and table. Towels were fine. Kitchen was overstocked. By that I mean there was too much stuff in cabinets so that I could not put my food away. There was sleeping for at least 6 but only couch & chair space for four. That was not a problem for us because there was only four of us, but they could use a full size couch. We really enjoyed the hummingbirds flying in & out on the porch. There was a nice larger tv in main room. Very relaxing & quiet place. Just enough people going on with the river to be interesting.

The house is absolutely beautiful! We loved everything about it - especially that it is pet friendly. We will most definitely recommend to anyone and hopefully we will be able to visit again.
