This place is a "go to" when you want consistently good food. Burgers and sandwiches are mostly good but don't get the Reuben.

After a day of traveling we were looking forward to a relaxing, quick meal. Unfortunately our meal took 45 min to prepare (two of us ordered salads, one a cup of soup, the other pasta and one special). They belatedly apologized for the delay and comped us onion rings. Then we got charged for two full sized salads when we specifically ordered sides. Not a very good experience.
We just happened to drive by about lunch time and made a U turn to stop here. Having our dog Maggie with us, we knew we would sit outside, but we were pleasantly surprised to find that it was a pet friendly patio. We were seated at a table with an opened umbrella and a waitress, as well as someone training with her welcomed us and got our drink order. When they brought it to us, they even had a water bowl for our dog.
We ordered onion rings as an appetizer and they were served in a bowl shaped as a tire. Very fitting for the setting. I ordered the patty melt, it was great. My husband ordered the hot and spicy and he really enjoyed it as well. We didn't order shakes, but they looked really good, too. We went inside to wash up, and it was decorated as a 50's style diner. It was very cute and tasteful. We had great service and and a wonderful experience! A gem of Franklin, which is a gem itself!
Fun place with a "50 ish" style and fantastic burgers. This place has a large variety of hamburgers. I chose the classic hamburger with lettuce and tomatoes and it was delicious and filling. I had coleslaw as a side, and it was also very good. You can choose different sides. My husband is a vegetarian and the menu had a few veggie burgers. He had the black bean burger and said it was wonderful.
OMG. This was such a surprise!! The neatest diner vibe and everything was so freshly decorated and clean. Super friendly and attentive wait staff; Kassie was awesome. We all ate burgers, both the Sinatra and the Bacon Nutter. I was curious but the peanut butter on that toasted bun was da' bomb! Awesome. Fresh crispy fries and super soda drinks. We wanted shakes but were so full we didn't have any room. Asked for some recommendations and Timothy the waiter even went and hunted down an area map and gave us directions to several places around town. He was the epitome of small town charm and deserves a raise for his generous kindness!!
