We ordered the sampler meal for two people. There were three of us to eat. You get ribs, brisket, and pulled pork, and four sides. To be honest, three of the sides were dinky, and the cole slaw was a ridiculously small amount (but tasted good). They have seven different sauces and all that we ate were pleasantly flavorful and not generic. The sweet potatoes fries were perfectly cooked, a good-sized portion, and absolutely not greasy. Delicious! The meat was a huge portion and high quality. That's important! It was the best pulled pork we've eaten, the brisket was excellent, and the ribs were spectacular! Double delicious!! Our hostess was busy, but kept our drinks full, followed through on any requests, and checked in on us in a helpful way. Our meal quantity was way more than three of us could eat - on the menu it serves two (!!) - we were glad to take some home, and we'd certainly go there to eat any time we're in the area. The atmosphere is casual, as one would expect. Local people eat here! Good sign! We know why the restaurant is so prosperous. May that continue! The Pedalin' Pig management understands what makes for a good restaurant. They get my commendation and congratulations! They are doing a terrific job! They care!
