Showing up here is like playing Russian roulette with your car in terribly designed expensive freezing garage that impinges on any experience I or at the complex

On a nice day, it's good shopping when it's not busy. When it is.... parking is horrific and so is traffic. I can't believe a new mall as this, requires traffic coordinators at the intersections and staff to be at the parking exits to facilitate traffic in and out...and to help people put in their tickets and credit cards. And if someone is waiting for a space, or trying to back into a space or whatever, traffic in the lot can be backed up 1 level I stay away during holiday time and busy times... it's just horrific.

The parking situation is terrible at this wanna be upscale mall . Can take you up to an hour to exit any of the lots . Dangerous for pedestrians to walk in due to the narrow road ways and blind spots . Each lot which are located next to each other have differant parking policies . For instance you have a 30 minute grace period in most of the lots . The lot by REI and Dicks does not . Your valadation at certain stores only work in certain lots . Every other car trying to exit has a problem at the parking payment gate causing a major traffic jam in the complex . The management consistantly block the roadways for special events and route all traffic a mile around the complex to exit csusing major delays . Do yourself a favor and go to Cross County shopping center a few miles away off 87 and avoid the aggevation. The parking is actually FREE

Difficult to impart the full flavor of this place. It sits on top of a hill and from several spots there are good vistas. It is arranged like a city grid with a number of tall buildings divided by roads into blocks
The buildings contain well known major stores: Dicks, Lord & Taylor, an Apple store for example. Many food places ranging from snackeries to major restaurants. Again well known chains and small boutiques there is
One large green open space. A LEGO land for the kids
Multiple parking garages at low prices Superb movie theater (10 screens) one of which is hooked into the Met for opera simulcasts. Located within a hew minutes of the NY state thruway, the Sprain, Central Avenue and Tuckahoe rd in Yonkers
It can be quiet and peaceful at off times but a complete madhouse at busy time
An easy place to shop, eat, pass time but not at peak times!
