It's hard to describe a hotel that provides, basically, a private beach! In summary, our experience was great. The only disadvantage was that in the morning, the sea is 'farer away', but I would not say this is a bad thing. I would just recommend that the hot tub gets a more private and romantic place inside the bungalow. Also, our hot tub was quite old, but, perhaps, the hotel is already taking care of that. However, above all, we do recommend the hotel and we would definitely book it again! P.S. the food at the hotel is fantastic!!! The staff is kind and helpful and the transfer to the other beaches is very nice as well.

Room Tip: bungalow with hot tub, private beach, awesome food, free transfer

we stayed at Anima hotel with our children over the Christmas period. The staff are so friendly and accomodating. The hotel has the best restaurant, absolutely amazing food and very affordable. We ended up eating at the restaurant all four days we were there even though the hotel has a shuttle service to town.
We had a lovely traditional christmas eve buffet and the chef even made extra food for my son who is a very fussy eater.
The rooms are amazing! Scattered throughout the property, they offer privacy and loads of room to relax.
This is the best place to stay!

Room Tip: Individual chalet type rooms scattered throughtout the property

the staff is just great, very customerfriendly , its a clean accomodation , de beds are super ,bathroom clean , they serve good diner . breakfast is super
the beach in front is nice .we would recommonmend it for sure .
the shuttle service to the main village (many shop and restaurants) is perfect. but the ride 30 minutes on this dirttrack is very bumpy , so if you have a bad back . reception is speaking good english and they do everything to make this stay in the beautifull cottages very pleasant

Room Tip: dont take room 3 ,its closer to the kitchen and sometimes the smell of lovely food enters the porch

Beautiful hotel. You can walk over the beach to morro this takes around 1hour 40 minutes. There is also a shuttle that runs regularly, be warned the ride is very rough. There is always high tide so not a lot of beach but the hotel is directly at the ocean. I would recommend going to Salvador
