Been to Rhinebeck a couple of times but never made it to Terrapin. Glad we finally went. Well worth it. My wife ordered the artichoke and ricotta stuffed ravioli. Surprising me because we're not pasta fans. Always too dense. This was light, fresh pasta stuffed perfectly with the artichoke and ricotta. The sauce was a light white wine that added a lot to the dish. I ordered something totally off the wall. Short rib nachos. Nothing TexMex about this dish at all. It was fab! Loaded with meat, gruyere cheese and onion beef gravy. You gotta try it,
