We've been trying to get to The Copper Oven since it opened and were finally successful in dining there. Located at Cayuga Ridge Estate Winery, we never even made it inside. The hostess greeted us and seated us on the porch where a small band was playing. Mason jars serve as water glasses and pitchers of water are provided on the table. Service was attentive and quick. We ordered flatbread pizzas. I was hoping to grab a salad but none caught my eye and at $12.00 a salad, I decided to skip one. Pizza preparations were creative. I chose the Big Poppa. It had crumbles of blue cheese, chicken and hot sauce topping it. My husband had a pizza that included a balsamic reduction. He loved his. The crust was crisp and the flavors super fresh.

We opted out of dessert. The evening was beautiful (rare for the area) and wanted to be on our way. This is a terrific place to grab an easy meal with attentive service. When we visit in fall, maybe we'll poke our heads inside.

This is a cute little place to stop for a meal while wine touring on a nice day. The cheese and charcuterie board portions were way too small for the price but they were delicious local flavors. We tried three different types of pizza and they were all fantastic,

We shared 4 different pizzas between 4 of us. All were excellent. They did take a while as there was one girl working the pizza oven and they were busy. Well worth the wait. And the wine was very good also.

Delicious pizza in great location! The rustic barn overlooks the Cayuga Ridge Winery vineyards and was a perfect place to have lunch before doing the wine tasting next door. Loved it!

We were visiting wineries on the East shore of Lake Cayuga when we came across The Copper Oven which is associated with the Cayuga Ridge Estate Winery. After tasting the excellent wines at Cayuga Ridge, we decided to have lunch at the connected outdoor cafe.

It turned out to be a wonderful experience! The menu primarily consists of flatbread pizzas with unique toppings, including sweet ones for dessert. After trying a couple of these personal sized pizzas we couldn't stop and ordered almost every selection on the menu. All were delicious!

The Copper Oven is a great place to relax, have great food, great wine and a beautiful view of the Cayuga Ridge vineyard. The proprietor, Mary Jane, and her team provide excellent service and create a friendly atmosphere that will make your time there extra special.
