Totally enjoyed our Snapper Inn Dining Experience during Long Island Restaurant Week. Thursday evenings Snapper Inn offers half price on all bottles of wine. This was an incredible compliment to our meal. We had a three course meal which included fried calamari which was the best we ever had. The Asian Filet Mignon Tips was delicious as well. Our entrees were maple bourbon marinated salmon and pistachio crusted sea bass which was locally caught. Nothing to bring home as everything was so delicious and a lovely dessert of pumpkin cheesecake. Ambiance is wonderful as we were looking out at The Great South Bay and inside was a warm fireplace blazing. Service was impeccable.
