Its definitely the "view" that is the most attractive attribute. We went on a very windy day so we couldn't take advantage of the outside tables. The menu was limited and I personally didn't care for the shrimp cocktail. I do not like defrosted shrimp with ketchup. It gives me an unsophisticated touch to start off. My guests did enjoy the tacos and mixed seafood dish. It was hit or miss....my short ribs were very fatty, the coffee was watery and we had a trainee as a server so it was a bumpy road. keep in mind I did give it a four because of the view and the food and wine wasn't bad, it was either extremely good or mediocre....the four of us left satisfied but wished we didn't pick a windy day so check the weather first and make sure outside is available.
