Was able to check in early, but Friday night was bad. First, the people next store were loud and had a small kid who did nothing but cry and yell till after midnight. Also had someone on the floor cooking food which made are room stink. The pool was cold and no towels. I will say that the maintenance guys did great. Are refrigerated died and they replaced it right away

My Family and I decided to stay in this hotel for a visit to the nearby fashion outlets. We love this hotel. The beds are comfortable and the room is pretty big. There is a mini fridge but no microwave. There is a table or two in the lobby. The pool is big and there is an arcade. The man at the front desk gave me and my sister $5 in credits for the arcade. Parking is $10.80 per night. There is no free breakfast. The “gift shop” only sells snacks and pepto bismol, no actual gifts or souvenirs.

My husband and 2 daughters, 19 and 17 went up for an overnight stay. Check in was easy and fast and the girl was super nice. Everyone there is super nice. I rented 2 rooms, one for my hubby and I and the other for my girls. Super clean and bed were very comfortable. The girls enjoyed the pool. We did the arcade and the kids swam while he were at the Anchor attached to hotel. Beautiful falls and Canada night view from our king size room. You cant really see the falls but you can see the lights. Hotel is right next to road to the state park. Would stay here again.

Very nice hotel and friendly staffs. The rooms are clean and the service is outstanding. Breakfast is included and it’s also a lounge for platinum membership available. The location is also very good. Only 600 m to the falls.

The hotel was very clean and accomdating. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The veiw from our room overlooked the falls and it was very beautiful. No continental breakfast and the breakfast bar at Tony Roma's was mediocare, but is within walking distance to alot of shops and restaurants. We walked to Niagra Falls from the hotel and that was a nice perk.
