So we stayed at this hotel with my wife at the beginning of October to visit Niagara Falls.
Positives: the location is great. You are 3 blocks away from the main park entrance so you can walk without a sweat to the main attraction center in the city.
I believe the price was fair versus the room quality and size.
Rooms are clean and have allot os space.
WiFi works well.
Negatives:
The room air conditioning system smell like dust. It seemed to need maintenance.
Breakfast was not included and, even though it was low season, there was a huge line at the 3 sisters restaurant (the only one that served complete meals).
Service at the front desk was average. The interaction with the guests are maintain very low which is a lost opportunity to make a guest feel welcomed and appreciated.
Due to remodeling you have to cross the casino. The security officers, are very slow in doing this job, specially today’s officers by the restaurant... even though we, as guest, didn’t have an option to go through the casino to catch a taxi.
Besides the above, the experience was good. It is a nice hotel in general to stay if at the end you are visiting the falls as your main purpose.
