I stayed with family for one evening and must say this hotel offers decent comfort, clean beds and bathroom, breakfast is OK too for the price. Frankly there are no complaints and we were fully satisfied with our stay there. The dining area is a little small but that shouldn't bother if you can manage to finish your breakfast before 8.30AM because after that it gets other crowded. The hotel is very close to Niagara and I'd suggest this place if you are visiting the falls and plan to shack up overnight.

hair in bed!even for $ 200 I would like to get a clean bed. Breakfast from 7.30 to 9.30, but it is better to come at 10.00. then you will definitely find a place to sit. The situation was saved by a friendly man at the reception

Been here for the second time.. But not a pleasant stay as my first time in 2017. The quality of the stay and service has decreased to a little extent. Would definitely try a different hotel next time.

I really don’t want give 2 start to this place but here is my experience :
1 The front desk guy wasn’t very friendly,feels like he’s doing his job ,but I’m not sure how much he like his job.
2 The stupid key piss me off every time , doesn’t work properly. One day I have to run down3times and finally I told the guy ,someone need to go upstairs with me
3 The location is a little sketchy, first night midnight someone tried to open our door , so we punch the inside door let this person know we are weak. Could be just a mistake , I really hope so
4 The tub doesn’t drain water properly, so when you take a shower , the water is all in tub
The best part is the room is nice suspicious and clean , breakfast was decent if you could get a table LOL

Lost track of how many times I was woken up. Every time someone closes their door or the hallway doors it slams shut so loud to the point where your guest room door shakes. Was also dissapointed at our check in yesterday. We walked in and the front desk girl was wearing a sweatshirt and T-shirt and eating pizza with someone in the lobby.. this does not show the value of the $400 I am spending here.
