Price was good , mattress was terrible and no amenities like a hair dryer.. Front staff checked us in but nothing to make us feel,welcome.only For a new hotel not that old already looking beaten up. Not even a cup of coffee available in the lobby or room.

Room tip: OAsk for rear away from road due to cars racing the night we were there.

Small rooms and not many amenities but it was clean and that's what matters to me! I had asked for 2 rooms together and they gave us adjoining rooms! Staff was friendly and helpful. We will stay there every time we go home to visit.

Staff should be taught how to be more engaging to their customers. Been to many hotels, but staff here feels disconnected. Place is okay. It feels like they are doing you a favor. They look unapproachable. I am not coming back to this hotel nor recommend it to people solely for this reason. People drive 10-15 hrs to see Niagara Falls, and should not be met with cold and disengaged staff.

Hardwood floor dirty. Laundry room dirty. Floor is busted up can see beneath trash can. No soap in machine to wash. Coke machine but no snack. Couldn't get internet signal. No min fridge, no microwave. Asked to plunge out own toilet. No maintenance team. Won't go here again

We stayed here before going to the falls. The service at the front desk was very good and we received some helpful tips. The room was small and very bare bones. My one main issue was that the walls were very thin and we could easily hear other guests. All in all this is an alright place to stay in the Niagara Falls area.
