Cleaning services only did half the room, towels were dirty, no ice. Front desk heard complaints and ignored. Room was less than mediocre. AVOID this place. It is cheap because it is awful as is staff.

Took about an hour for someone to come to the front desk to attend us, it doesn’t smell the best at all, tiny showers. It looks very rusty and old from both in and out of the inn. Food was provided but not as much.

This hotel leaves much to be desired. The beds are not comfortable and are older than in most hotels. The wifi didn't work, the carpets are dingy and were dirty, the ice machine had no ice in it and the older male night clerk wasn't terribly professional. The one bonus was the jacuzzi tub in our room. It was newer and clean.

Niagara Falls is a beautiful natural wonder that everyone should see, but they should not stay here when they do it. The hotel is old, sad, and the lobby is dirty. The rooms were clean, but the bed was less comfortable than most floors. The pillows are flat and sad. Our first night here, we requested extra pillows to make up for it. The next day, they took our pillows away. When we requested more, they said more people checked in, so they needed the pillows for their rooms. They were out of pillows, but gave us blankets wrapped in sheets as a substitute. (They were not an adequate substitute.) The breakfast is sad. None of the doors in our room locked sufficiently. I’d say “at least it was a bed to sleep in” but I have back pain and I’ve slept better camping. Do not stay here.

Recently stayed at the Red Maple Inn in Niagara Falls US. Great location near all of the tourist spots. But the hotel badly needs a facelift. Just as another review stated, the hallways smelled of cleaning product: chlorine or ammonia. I think the cleaning smell was just to cover the old age smell of this place. The continental breakfast was disappointing to say the least. This was the worst hotel that my group of 7 people stayed in during a recent 5 day 4 night road trip.
