It was the only lodging available in the region, probably due to a concert at Bethel Woods. Everything is old. Carpets and linens are threadbare and stained. There are moldy odors everywhere. The air is dank. There's a bucket full of cigarette butts on the upper walkway. Check-in is painfully slow and unfriendly. I had modest expectations for a Super 8, but for around $200 a night, I think guests deserve cleanliness.
OK room. Lighting was older, didn't seem very bright. Plenty of in room amenities (fridge, microwave, iron/ironing board, alarm clock). Larger than normal Super 8 room, with desk and small couch. Bathroom was really dated, while "clean", there were worn out finishes, minor rust etc. I was on 1st floor. Floors were thin, could hear people above walking around, luckily they didn't stay up late or get up too early. Get there early and maybe get 2nd floor? Linens were clean. Bed comfortable. AC unit was quiet and looked fairly clean. WiFi was good. Location was in small, downtown area, a few blocks was highway. Picked it because I was going to concert at Bethel Woods. Was the closest motel I could find at a somewhat reasonable price close to enough Bethel Woods. About 12 miles (20 mins) drive to Bethel Woods down nearby Route 17B. Owner/operator very pleasant and helpful. In morning he made sure breakfast area was restocked and clean after each group. I was there on a sold out night, with many people having gone to Bethel Woods that night, but you would never know it by how tidy the lobby was at all times.
Its embarrasing for Wyndham to put there name next to such crap.
This is the 2nd worst hotel i have ever stayed at.
I was on buisness and booked in.late.There are not many hotels in the area. The linen was vety bad the bed covers had holes and the room has a bad smell.
It was disgusting .Stay away.
