We got a warm welcome from Rachel.
The Riad is small, but well designed. Apart from that, it offers a jacuzzi, a sauna and a hamam. All very nice!
We spent two nights here, and we had dinner the first night.
We had grilled beef as main course, luckily no couscous or tajine. It was no haute cuisine, as when Philippe is cooking. The weather was nice, but you have to eat in a rather dark dining room.
For a stop over or for visiting the mountains nearby this is a good stop

We stayed here after our visit to the Todra Gorge and were very pleasantly surprised by the place. It is a beautiful riad with a private hammam, sauna, swimming pool and even a jacuzzi. Lovely roof terrace and places to sit in the evening.

Stayed for one night- stylish rooms- good dinner and breakfast- swimming pool, jacuzzi-refrigerators in the rooms-attentive staff- a great place to stop enroute for Merzouga and the desert. Felt comfortable and were well cared for.

Room Tip: The two ground floor rooms that I saw were both perfect.

Stayed here for one night on our way to the desert. An absolutely gorgeous place to stay with fabulous service. It's easy to find, although totally in the middle of nowhere - the only view around you is mountains! The room was spacious, the bathroom was lovely and we had no problems with hot water. The pool, the sauna and the jacuzzi were real luxury highlights which we probably could have used on our way back from the desert too! If we were taking the same route back I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Also, there is a common room with a fire, a big tv and sound system (this was playing moroccan music whilst we were there and it felt so cosy). The host was wonderful and his service impeccable. The only negative was the food: the dinner was not good (the meat, beef, was just too tough to chew) and the breakfast, whilst lovely on the terrace in the sun, was not as good as the other places we stayed during our stay.

We initially chose this just as an overnight stop on the way to the desert, but it turned out to be a most wonderful experience.

The rooms are very nice, big and comfortable with amazing bathrooms. The courtyard and the dining and sitting areas were great, too.

The best thing however was the service. Rachid did an outstanding job taking care of us and cooked two great dinners, some of the best we had in Morocco. We really can´t thank him enough for the superb experience.

The price is extremely low, which initially made us a little sceptical, but it is easily worth twice the price.

I really cannot recommend this place highly enough. We even stayed a second night to explore the Todra Gorge in more depth and the Dades Gorge is a short drive away, too, so there´s plenty to do and the nature really is wonderful.
