Stopped in for a bite. Had a local IPA and kombucha- both were great. Had the tuna wrap. My husband is a foodie and he said it was the best tuna salad he had ever had. Made with mayo, apple cider vinaigrette and shredded carrots. So good. Service was great and very friendly.

Enjoyed a nice lunch break during a "road trip" with a gal pal. Took a chance on the Beermosa (beer, lemonade and prosecco) - sounds odd, but very refreshing on a hot day. Chose the Haven Wrap - a multi-flavored combo of chick peas, avocado, sunflower seeds, tahini. Yummo-O! Lively local crowd for lunch. Good service. Minimalist decor, and a bit noisey, but, all in all, a very cool place.

Was there for a light lunch today. The roast beef pannini (Blue Bessie
Roast beef, gorgonzola, grilled onions) with some greens on the side was very good. light and tasty. My friend had the redbird which he said was good as well. Nice local place to eat but way too noisy as its small and everyone is pretty close. But the staff is always very nice and the food is fresh and good.

Love this place. We lived right around the corner and ate here often. The Big Bird is so good and do not pass on a smoothie. They have dinner options and a good selection on the menu.

Looks basic on the inside, but the food is always excellent. Breakfast and lunch and smoothies are great.
