The hotel is situated within walking distance of the historic downtown. The rooms are modern and clean. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good and inexpensive. Eat pizza down the alley across the street, you won't be disappointed.

The hotel is within short walking distance from most sites in the colonial center of Queretaro. (It's just three blocks from Tikua, an excellent Oaxacan restaurant on Calle Allende.) The rooms are spacious and well kept. The bed was most comfortable and the shower worked well. I greatly enjoyed having breakfast in the courtyard, when it wasn't too cool during my early-January stay. While the complimentary breakfast may not suffice everyone, omelets and other hot dishes can be ordered for a very reasonable price. The staff is most courteous, however, you better speak at least some basic Spanish to make yourself understood.

The rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff is helpful and friendly and the reception is open 24h. The hotel is centrally located, near shops and restaurants. The breakfast food is cheap and good and they have a little garden where you can sit and eat. So nothing bad to say, I really enjoyed my stay here! Oh and also the rooms have big windows so there's a lot of light, unlike many other hotels I've stayed in where the rooms tend to be quite dark.

Excellent finding in downtown Querétaro:
1. room impeccably clean, comfortable and spacious;
2. clean bathroom, with natural light and ventilation;
3. personnel: attentive, very courteous, willing to give a positive answer to one's request!
4. small (not more than 15 rooms), cozy hotel, relatively new, and very well attended at any hour of the day.
5. the parking lot is 2 blocks away, but it does not represent a problem; when available you may park right in front of the hotel, and then walk in downtown Querétaro!

Room Tip: Perhaps a room in the back of the hotel, for a quieter stay.

It is a small hotel, not much to do in there, but it has an excellent location, you can walk to interesting parts of the City Center.

The rooms are pretty, beds are confortable, have tv, wi-fi; it's worth the money.

The only "problem" is the parking is a little far away... but only like 2 to 3 blocks away; so, no big deal.
