We went to a wedding in Queretaro, and decided to stay here. We arrived very late and the staff was very friendly. When we woke up and got out of our room to have our complimentary breakfast we saw the small hotel. It was beautiful, very clean and very detail oriented. Our room was ok, with two problems, the door has crystal which lets too much light to get in very early in the morning, and the staff that circled through the hallways was very noisy. Besides from that we loved this place, and the breakfast was awesome. The location is perfect also!

Great little hotel! Get exactly what you pay for. My number one demand is always cleanliness and renovated bathrooms. It meet both of these expectations. The room we stayed in was clean, comfortable, spacious. We also went to the rooftop bar while it was time for dinner, it has a hipster vibe. I thinks it's a little plus.

I stayed in one of the private rooms at Kuku Ruku. It was beautiful, with modern furniture, art, and fixtures. I slept well on the pillow top mattress, and I was never disturbed by noise (even though there's supposedly a bar on the property). There was a problem with the hot water, but I was warned about this before I signed for the room.

Those staying in private rooms receive free breakfasts, which are large and very well prepared. My breakfasts included hot beverages, fruit, and a choice of substantial Mexican breakfast items (e.g., enchiladas, chilaquiles, etc.).

Do note that parking is not entirely free, nor is it on-site. The hotel has an arrangement with a pay lot just down the street. The hotel offers a voucher for free overnight parking, and you're responsible for the daytime hours.

I would certainly stay here again in the future. The comfortable rooms, generous breakfasts, and friendly service are well worth it.

Room tip: Room 104 has access to (mostly) private courtyard. There is a window from another room that looks out onto it, but 104 has the only door.

They say breakfast is included at 8:30am, but where is it now that it is close to 9am? If you have a schedule and need to eat you may wish to stay elsewhere. As for hot water, it ran out after a minute in the shower.

Through reading the map offered by the kind staff at the bus terminal, it costs me less than 15 minutes to find the hostel.IT is located right in the sub- center of the historical center of the city.It is designed by local artists and the first eco-friendly hotel in the city. The staff are nice and helpful and they speak very good English. This place is best for those traveling in families or couple travelers as the double room looks so cute, but for the solo, the dorm room is just OK.The bed sheets are clean and the room looks decent and there is a very large living room for public use
The problem is the light is so dim in the evening, maybe because it is powered by solar panels and there is no private lamp attached to each bed.and the breakfast is not included, as they only provide free juice or coffee, you must pay 35 pesos for some eggs or toasts.
