But in the one way system we were right here and so we stopped, and it was only about 10 minutes back to the main tourist attractions. The parking is not free, but it is cheap upon production of your hotel receipt, at a secure parking just a few blocks away. The room was relatively small - the promised King size was only a Queen and the pillows were hard. There were 2 oval windows high up near the ceiling which seemed like giant eyes looking in ! Some of the plaster needed repair. Good wifi and shower. Breakfast was sparse: couple slices of small toast, few slices of fruit with spoon of yogurt, coffee, and earliest was 8 a.m.

1st room shown was cold (there are no heaters or A/C) damp, dark and full of gas fumes. The site is out of date as now there are no coffee machines or bottles of water.
The internet is often off. Space heaters in the courtyard (where you have breakfast) were never on. Breakfast is not made to order!! One is given a very small amount of fresh fruit with 1 spoonful of yogurt, 3 slices of cheap bread toasted between 2 with margarine and cheap jam portions and a pot of coffee. The cups are cracked and chipped, no plates given for the pathetic amount of toast and everything is hand washed! The courtyard fountain was only on twice (once overnight). There are only 3 coathangers in the wardrobe within a very small room.
On the last morning, there was no sign of breakfast. The guy in reception, when asked, said we had to walk around to a sister hotel. The food there was better but I was furious as we were not told in advance and we were short of time on our last day.
Good stuff......comfy beds, great showers, lovely staff especially Venezuelan Rosa who was very helpful finding bedside lamps that worked etc. Unfortunately she was not there on our last day to receive a good tip.

Room Tip: Don’t. Room 6 and 7 are health hazards.

This is a nice hotel that includes breakfast. Lots of choices for your made to order breakfast. Our room was hard to keep cool since there wasn't a very big window that didn't get much air flow. There was a floor fan in the room which helped but when it's hot out, it's just not enough. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a good location.

This is a charming small hotel -- really and B & B -- in the Centro Historico, on a quiet street within walking distance of all the major sites. The room was clean, the mattress that perfect compromise between soft and firm, and the towels fluffy. Nice view from the roof garden. HOWEVER, I would not stay there again during the hot months (April, May, June) because there are NO exterior windows. Even though the city cools off at night, the room didn't because there was no way to get fresh air in. I'm sure the temperature is perfectly comfortable the rest of the year. There was a space heater to take the chill off in the winter.

Breakfast was delicious and ample, and coffee was good.

Staff was attentive and friendly.

Many thanks for the comment this helps us every day to be better and we are pleased that they liked the hotel and that they liked the attention of the staff, as for the room that comments we are working on it since we have other rooms more ventilated , We are waiting for you again in this house.
Best regards

The hotel is small but the service and friendly staff make it worthwhile. The hotel is only a few blocks from great restaurants and bars. This place is well worth a few nights stay. Also they have a nice breakfast.
