Ashley takes very good care of us after relaxing from a full day of touring the Finger Lakes wineries. Prompt and courteous attention as we make our orders, and refills arrive right on time. We've been to Stonecutters every six month since September 2015, and each Sunday evening we are welcomed back with fabulous service. Already looking forward to returning next spring.

Great pub! The sunken bar is awesome! Very comfortable and laid back! Hopefully Ashley W. Is mixing Manhattans when you visit! Great bartender! It's a must stop if you visit Geneva!! The Charcuterie cheese board is always a hit for us! Enjoy

During our last visit to the area we enjoyed an amazing dinner at Edgar's Steakhouse, but on this visit we were dining later and did not desire a full meal. Stonecutters Tavern was the answer. We arrived toward the end of the dinner hours and were seated promptly. We enjoyed the Seafood Chowder and some Shrimp Egg Rolls for appetizers. I had a Steak Sandwich with Field Greens on the side, as my wife enjoyed a Caesar Salad with Grilled Buffalo Chicken. A great wine list by the glass. We enjoyed three different glasses and then took Ports outside and enjoyed the balance of our stay by the fire pit. A great experience and we are certain to be back.

Wrapping up our Seneca Lake stay we came here for a late afternoon lunch. We basically had the dining room to ourselves and enjoyed the view from the windows behind the bar. For appetizers we ordered the Onion Soup and the Cheese Board. Onion soup was quite tasty. The cheese board was good, but the Cheeseboard at Veraisons in Glenora beat this one hands down. The main meal was a steak and cheese sandwich, a haddock sandwich and a steak salad. The steak and cheese sandwich was excellent. The haddock sandwich was good if a little over battered. The tartar sauce was fairly bland. The steak salad was just alright. The Onion Petals served as a side we had mixed reviews on...some liked the crunchiness...others found it too crunchy. So as we are eating, a wedding party takes over the room and stands around us talking...it was like we had the cloak of invisibility on us. It was obvious that the hotel did not have the wedding party’s venue ready, so they came in to the dining room bar for a cocktail. It was a good 10 minutes before they were moved to their spot. Then, someone tried bringing their dog into the restaurant (!) but management quickly asked them to move and apologized to us. Desserts were tasty...a Nutella cake, an Apple Tart and a Blueberry cheesecake were all solid entries. This one is going down in the records as one of the more (unintentionally) interesting lunches of recent memory. Our service was very good however.
