NO! NO! NO! Don't even think about booking! Disgusting and a horrible experience. We stopped on our way upstate and thought the name Ramada had a good reputation...well we couldn't even stay it was so dirty. The hotel door was propped open with an overflowing trash can. There was mold everywhere and the entire hotel smelled like cigarettes and mildew. The floors weren't vacuumed. There was hair on the bathroom counter and mold in the tub. Leftover soap in the sink. Multiple urine spots on the toilet. I wasn't about to lay in the bed. We booked day of and as soon as we saw the room decided to stay elsewhere. Ramada provided a unsanitary and unsafe room and wouldn't even refund us when we decided not to stay. The front desk worker was just a body and no help, let alone unsimpathetic to the situation. NOT HAPPY. We are calling Ramada and Wyndham corporate. Unacceptable customer service and experience.

The Ramada by Wyndham in Fishkill New York was absolutely disgusting!
The Lobby looked ok but the rooms (we were shown 2) were full of mold, smelled bad and were dirty!
A part of the second floor had major water damage and black mold on the ceilings and walls!
The entire second floor smelled like mildew, cigarette smoke and perfume.
The bathrooms are old, dirty and moldy. The heater/ac units are rusted out and smell terrible.
We were visiting Vassar College for Family weekend and many places closer were booked. We thought Ramada had a good reputation but clearly they don’t care about that anymore. This place is gross and also unsafe!
Problems with broken locks were also seen during our stay!
NEVER again!

This was the most disappointing experience I have ever had. Upon arrival I was not greeted by someone who appeared to like his job. He was not rude but his demeanor was perfunctory at best. Upon arriving in the room I noticed the need for more towels due to there being 3 adults in this room. A request was made for more towels and was told that they would be delivered. By 11pm it was evident that the towels were not arriving. Another request needed to be made the following morning and this time towels were delivered promptly. Also, there were no blankets on the beds so a request was made for this upon arrival to the room. I was told that if he could "find one" it would be sent to the room. Again, there were 3 adults and two queen beds. One blanket would not have sufficed. No blankets were apparently found for our entire stay. After spending the entire day (Sept. 29th) at Marist we returned to find the beds made but a few of the dirty paper coffee cups still on the night stand. In the bathroom it was found that some coffee had been poured out in the sink although the sink was not wiped out after this, leaving dried coffee covering the entire sink. Finally, upon waking the next morning it was noticed that there was grass, yes grass, growing along the exterior wall IN THE ROOM. Pictures were taken at this time. I booked this room for Marist's Parent's Weekend. It was one of very few rooms available within a 15 mile radius of the college. Being that this was a Ramada, I felt confident that it would be a quality hotel. I have never had any problems with Ramada in the past. I have done quite a bit of traveling in my time. I am disappointed to say the least. I will be notifying Wyndham corporate office to express my displeasure with this property.

Nice room, quiet, clean and all the extras such as coffee/tea, shampoo bottles, etc.

Breakfast was broad, eggs, home fries, sausages, cereal, yogurt, etc.

Corridors were in dire need of a good vacuuming.

Price of a room was $155. A bit over the top.

Room Tip: Set to the back and no road noise at all.

It was clean. Can't think of much else good to say. Staff was surly and there was construction to renovate (badly needed). There are lots of other options in the area that are in better shape and offer better services.
