I ordered Ma Po Tofu and two vegetarian egg rolls to go. The Ma Po was made without meat at my request and had large pieces of fresh tofu, a few large fresh green pepper slices, fresh mushrooms, but frozen carrots and peas. The sauce was a little thick for my liking. The vegetarian egg roll was not on the menu, but they were large and appeared to be hand wrapped. A little greasy, but no worse than anywhere else I suppose. Service was pretty quick, probably because it was only about 5:00 pm and that seems to be a slow time. I would probably go back and try a different dish - they have a very large menu and they were very polite.
