The hotel is fairly new (about 14 years old according to Shannon). It is a very convenient drive to the baseball hall of fame and other attractions in Cooperstown. Love the variety of breakfast options and cookies at night. Shannon is the best - give her a raise

Nice location and close to the baseball hall of fame whichi swhat it comes down to up there. The included breakfast was just ok but nothing special. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. Price was very good. Staff was friendly. Would stay there again.

Hotel is nothing special. Little League players fill hotel making it loud and crowded. If you are coming for Hall of Fame, do yourself a favor and stay in a bed and breakfast in Cooperstown. Dogs are not allowed but our room had fleas

Thank you for your review! We are sorry to see we were not the best fit for your travel needs. There is a special weekly baseball tournament called Dreams Park nearby and perhaps being in a smaller B&B near the downtown village would be a better option for you. We are confident your room did not have fleas in it, as our hotel goes through a rigorous pest control program and we do not permit animals unless they qualify as ADA service animals. Our hotel also recently won the IHG Torchbearer award that places us in the top 1% of all Holiday Inn Expresses worldwide. We are sorry you felt we were nothing special, but thank you for your feedback and we hope all is well!

Place was modern and bright. People with no concern for others were constantly shouting, drinking and unattending their children in lobby and at pool. Person cleaning hall was unhappy and his disdain showed on his face.

Thank you for your review! Glad to see you approved of our new, modern design and felt we are a nice place to stay. Our apologies about the crowds, during the months of June, July and August there is a weekly baseball tournament called Dreams Park that brings 104 teams from all over the country to Cooperstown. It's an amazing experience! We do our best to balance the noise while allowing for families to unwind during such a hectic tournament. We hope you will come visit us again, possibly during the off season when it's not quite as busy. Thank you again and we hope all is well!
