When planning to visit this place, be sure to have other activities aside from just the normal sightseeing or trekking so that you can consider your trip worthwhile. Sightseeing and trekking would only take about 30 mins, I recommend that you bring food for a picnic with your family as the place has a great outdoor feel, ideal for family bonding. The water near the falls is a bit murky, but swimming is allowed, and they also provide lifejackets. If you have a 4x4 vehicle, it is possible to bring it all the way to the falls. There is a small sari sari store at the entrance, they have very limited items to sell, their most attractive commodity is the pure honey that they sell for 250 to 500 pesos. This place is not recommended as a primary destination, you should have other plans near the area like the El Kabayo stables or pamulaklakin forest trail. And just an additional information, if you avail of the horseback riding at El Kabayo stables, they have a package that lets you ride a horse going to the falls and back, but it cost more than a 1000.
