Good front desk assistance - Commendably, the ladies in the front desk and their OIC, Joy, professionally addressed our queries and patiently attended to our concerns. If only they are supported by good and considerate management who values customer centricity, okay na sana.

Videoke for two nights - We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights in this Hotel. And we were not ablet to sleep well for 2 nights! The owner apparently had made arrangement fo videoke up to 2am for two days! Sine we occupied MO1 (Mezzanine), we hear everything from the outside - imagine them singing (even shouting) "Bohemian Rhapsody"

No clinic/wellness facility and in house nurse/doctor - My 4 year old daughter had an asthma attack and fever on our 2nd night. Then we found out, no assistance was available for such cases - not even a shuttle service.

Poor wifi connectivity - there is barely internet connection inside the room. We had to go to the lobby to connect well to the internet.

Limited hours for swimming - kahit mabagal ang intenet, sige na..my pool naman. But wait! We came in for the swim around 4PM but we're advised that we can only swim til 5PM. Gagamitin daw ng may-ari. May "secret" exclusive pool party pala ung owner for the guests. Pinagsabihan rin kami to not put out things sa tables kasi reserved daw un for the the owner's guests. Di pala kami Hotel guests :( awang awa ako sa mga anak ko. The front desk ladies tried to compensate but it ruined our day already.

No tables inside the room - we ordered room service and we placed our food sa TV table and our kids used the floor as dining tables.

Extra extra charges - paid additional charges for one extra adult. The additional fees dows not covered toiletries - not even towels. We paid PHP100 for the extra towel on top of the charge of for the additional headcount.

We appreciate you taking time to share your experience with us to improve on our services and for giving us the opportunity to explain our side regarding your concerns. As well as the commendation you have given for our Front Desk Staff and to our Hotel OIC.

It is our great new that your previous review last April has brought major changes that greatly helps us to improve the quality of our service in overall aspect. Now videoke is only allowed in an enclose area to avoid disturbance with other guest. We also have a medical room that can attend any minor need of medical assistance, but for your case which was an asthma attack, a proper medical assistance or treatment is needed which is not normally available. However, we can provide shuttle assistance going to Bay Point Hospital.

For the WiFi Connection, we recently had a major upgrade to better serve guest even on peak dates. We even provided LAN connection is some rooms which can provide stable and continues connection. Maybe you can visit us again for you to be able to experience the changes and upgrade we have made for the past months.

Regarding the pool usage and access, as explained the last time, you might have misinterpreted our staff to whom you have spoken to. There are certain table that was requested by some guest but the pool was not reserved exclusively to any guest or any group. The staff was just asking and concerned to transfer you to a table that would be available on the whole evening. By that, we apologize if you find our restaurant staff very rude but hearing his side out he just want to offer a table that you will not be disturbed but still with the shading of the trees on that side of the pool area.

We hope that you find our reply to your concern adequate in the same way that we also accept and respect your review of our property.

Among all the pools I've visited in SBFZ, theirs is my favorite. Tried several dishes from the resto and they were all great (esp the Pancit)! The staff were very accommodating, too. Would recommend to friends and family.

This Hotel has a accommodating Staff and very friendly. They always make sure that from time to time the needs of their guests are well attended. I visited the hotel about two weeks ago with my family and three over energetic children. We were able to check in peacefully, the room we got has a bay view, and it was sooo spacious that we do not want to leave for a while, took us about 3 hours lounging about before we decided to enjoy the swimming pool.

Once we head out we were greeted "Good Afternoon" in all directions, the hotel employees are soo accommodating! The Wi-Fi is moderately fast even at the pool area. The food? yes it was ok and not overpriced, and there are snacks that I can order for my kids too.What I loved the most is that the hotel employees will not hesitate to assist you, especially with my kids they are so helpful, I loved it!

Would I visit again? DEFINITELY! Would I recommend it to my friends and family? OF COURSE!

It's my first time to stay here in this hotel and I will never ever gonna come back... We Choose to be at the Harbor View and It's so noisy because they have a bar/ karaoke at that side. We paid more to be at that harbor view side and it was worst that city view side.. You can also hear people walking and from the other side of the room. We're on family vacation to relax and this is what we got. Very bad idea choosing this hotel..
