Perfectly cooked tinola in bamboo, super yummy! Very courteous staff, green surrounding, cute baby birds. What can you say more?

One thing to improve is the lechon kawali. It's not crispy and bland.

Ambiance could have been better the food we ordered are

Inihaw na liempo
Halabos na sugpo
Inihaw na bangus

The taste was average :)

Though we took long hours in waiting for a vacant tables, the staff was apologetic and did what they can do. May be also at that time it was a peak of having a large number of guests.

We enjoyed the food as it was the first time we experience eating food cooked in kawayan. I specially like the rice as I never expected it will be that good given that it was cooked that way.

Very affordable as we spent less than Php1800 for 8 people.

My partner and i went to Subic two weeks ago for a summer vacay and we thought of eating here Before going back to manila and we were glad we did. The staff were nice and friendly and the food were served in a timely manner. we particularly loved sinigang na hipon which was actually cooked inside the kawayan, pancit and liempo. We were in awe as to how theyre able to cook rice and sinigang using bamboo. Simply amazing! The taste was also good and the serving was generous enough. Price was reasonable. We would certainly go back! You should try it out with your friends and loved ones!
