I was driving near Rt. 31 in Cicero and looking for a different place to eat when I stumbled upon a bar-grill that had a "seafood" sign on its facade.
Although I couldn't find a name for the place, and, quite honestly, from the outside it looked a little run-down, my empty stomach got the better of me and I wen inside.
Decor is pretty simple, but at least half of the tables were occupied at 2:30 in the afternoon. I took that to be a good omen.
A sign on the wall indicated steamers were $5.95 a dozen on Monday's and Tuesdays. So, I had to try them. My companion and I also tried a burger and a sandwich.
Everything was very good!
The menu isn't very large, but the beers are cold and everyone else in the joint looked like they were enjoying their food.
Prices are good, too.
Frank's merits a return visit...even if only for the cold beer and steamers!
