Whilst walking over the pond bridge, 3 staff members, 1 on the bank and 2 in a boat, swore twice, the F bomb and another disgusting word. My wife and I had to spend the next 10 mins explaining to our two young children why you shouldn’t use language like that. When we take are children to places like this, we always tell them to seek out staff members if they get lost. The staff members’ behaviour completely undermines this good practice as they have now witnessed this disgraceful behaviour. Add this together with: Soap dispensers not having any soap and hand driers not working (this happened at multiple ‘clean your hands’ stations located around the animal feeding fields); rides out of action; general poor customer service, made for a very poor experience. When we complained to the manager, all she offered was a free return trip. When I explained that we were on hols and lived 3 hours away, and that I just wanted a refund as we were leaving after just 2 hours, she refused. Save your money, DO NOT visit this dive!!
