Whilst walking over the pond bridge, 3 staff members, 1 on the bank and 2 in a boat, swore twice, the F bomb and another disgusting word. My wife and I had to spend the next 10 mins explaining to our two young children why you shouldn’t use language like that. When we take are children to places like this, we always tell them to seek out staff members if they get lost. The staff members’ behaviour completely undermines this good practice as they have now witnessed this disgraceful behaviour. Add this together with: Soap dispensers not having any soap and hand driers not working (this happened at multiple ‘clean your hands’ stations located around the animal feeding fields); rides out of action; general poor customer service, made for a very poor experience. When we complained to the manager, all she offered was a free return trip. When I explained that we were on hols and lived 3 hours away, and that I just wanted a refund as we were leaving after just 2 hours, she refused. Save your money, DO NOT visit this dive!!

Visited here twice in the last two term breaks, both for kids fest. Booking tickets well in advance is the best option as it usually less than half price.
Caters mainly for smaller children, there is a petting area with rabbits and guinea pigs and a small creatures area ferrets, chipmunks and farm animals sheep, lambs etc.
The rides are not suitable for older children but were all available to be used, staff were more than happy to attend each ride if you asked.
The park can be muddy and smells of animals, but it is an animal park.
Staff are really friendly, plenty to do there, characters walking around was a real treat for the children, circus skills were fantastic, mucky play for the toddlers/younger children was great and a handy distraction to give parents/carers a little break.
Indoors the play area and slides were clean and suitable for all ages, the catering was reasonably priced and all the staff were friendly.
Thoroughly enjoyed my visits and will be returning in the future.

Visited today for kidfest. Very disappointed not much different to when normally visiting. Just a few tents in a field with some rather mundane entertainment. Made to sound a lot better than it was. Animals looked sad and no water for them. Don't know how they can call it an Animal Farm..will never visit again.

My partner and I spent a morning here last week with our toddler daughter. On the whole it was a bit disappointing. The place was a bit run down with not enough staff to supervise the rides and some rides weren't open. Some coin operated rides didn't work and many of the little ride on cars were broken. There are other theme parks in the area and given our limited time we probably picked the wrong one. I guess hindsight is a wonderful thing!

Well we visited animal.farm whilst on holiday at haven burnham on sea
Strange pricing adults cheaper than child cost 50 4 adults and two children 4 and 3
This place is a.bit run down however for children aged 5 below it is ok you can pet the small animals and feed the goats Tec
The rides are ok for little children unfortunately not all was open and not many staff manning them plus it was so funny to watch the poor staff members having to push some rides to get them going
This place does have a good indoor play area for smaller children though all in all a good experience and the poor staff try there best
