Love love love!! This place is a gem. It's definitely relaxing and magical. This is our go to fast getaway and never disappoints. There is such a sense of calm and serenity it's a great place to heal and clear your mind!

Outstanding. Stumbled across this place while looking for an interesting place to stay while traveling to Arizona for the winter. Great people, facilities, resources and recommendations. Not only a place to stay, but relaxed with a hot bath and massage.

Our visit to La Paloma, one of several annual visits made over the past few years, was marred by the general disrepair and funkiest of our economy room. Old sagging squeaky bed with tons of dirt under it, a broken light switch plate and old funky toilet seat and too many extension cords plugged into too few outlets. You get the picture.

On the up side, the patio area is quite nice with a great view of Turtle Mountain, the staff are very friendly, and the soaking pools are deep and hot (sometimes a bit too hot).

Riverbend is probably a better option.

We've stayed at the La Paloma a couple of times over the years, on our driving trips to our winter escapes; we finally stayed for two nights and fell further in love with this lovely little oasis in the desert of national corporate chain hotels. We appreciate the love it took to rescue and rehabilitate this humble little cabin court, and take notice of the utilization of period furnishings, as well as the respect for the pristine natural springs, and the peace all of this can offer. The staff are friendly and helpful, in a genuine way. The placement of mineral and rock specimen generously placed throughout the area lends an air of genuineness and appreciation for the natural world, even the gravel is thoughtfully raked with swirling design. Felt as if we'd really stepped off the beaten path.

Our stay was the week of Dec 26 - Jan 1. The Heart Song Suite we stayed at was wonderful! The full kitchen really met our needs! The beds were very comfortable! So homey & warm!

The baths were fabulous! We soaked daily!

Stunning views were spectacular! Every request we made was met cheerfully!

We highly recommend La Paloma and will stay again in the future!!

Room tip: Much Value for Amenities!
