So today I had a delicious lunch at Station 316 Cafe. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich with green chili and a salad. It was very satisfying, I had to take half the sandwich to go because it was soo big. The salad was fresh but the it comes with cheese so if you don't like cheese on your salad make sure to order it that way. Everyone in my party had a good meal. They have patio seating. Enjoy!
We were really wanting a burger and stopped here. We were easily dazzled by the many other choices from salads to Mexican but stuck to the burgers. I had the one with pineapple and teriyaki, added provolone and yum! Hubby had the Station with jalapeño bacon. The sweet potato fries were excellent; not many places get these crispy instead of soggy but Station did! The Cole slaw was nothing special. Frequented by bikers, which was just fun to watch!
Nice place, outdoor seating, basic fare, nothing off the charts, but a good family place. Kids menu,
We were literally driving by and decided to try Station 316 on a whim. We chose to sit on the patio and the staff cautioned us that they could accommodate us inside if the winds were a problem…we ultimately had to move inside, and the staff moved tables around to accommodate us. One could spend an hour walking around to look at the memorabilia and decorations on the walls and remembering their youth.
They have a wide selection to choose from for food. We started out with the sampler, which was a good choice to try a little bit of everything…zucchini sticks, chicken wings, potato skins, and chips with salsa. We had the Frito Pie and Beet Salad, both were very good. The have a wide selection of local, regional, and national beers on tap to choose from.
I would definitely return to try more of their menu.
