Our group of low-maintenance ladies loves staying at the Three Bears every year for the Red River Folk Festival -- it's a two-minute walk to all the venues. We love sitting on the front porch of the cabin and watching the sun on the mountains. We love making meals as a family and eating at the big kitchen table together. The rates are right and the lodging has everything we need, right down to an extra blanket for when it's chilly on the porch and real glasses in which we serve our morning mimosas. This year, we loved seeing a mama deer and four fawns on the lawn. Thank you!

Three bears cabins are awesome, very comfortable and the price to stay in a 2 bedroom cabin is reasonable. The view from our cabi was of the mountian and the deer would walk around and come right up to you and eat from your hand.
The owners build a bomb fire and serve smores

We stayed here one night on our way to Colorado, we enjoyed it and would stay again. Walking distance from everything. We walked around town and the creek that runs through the edge of town. It was clean and comfortable! The owners son helped us check in and checked in to make sure we had all we needed. He also built the fire for s’more making and kept the conversation lively for all the customers hanging out by the fire pit. Would recommend to others and the price was less than other places. It seemed to be nicer”)

What a wonderful place to stay! The cabins are off the beaten path, but still close to everything and walking distance to the best places! The nightly bon fires and personal touch they add to each cabin make it well worth the stay! We will definitely be back!

Chris and Debbie, the owners of 3 Bears Lodge, are delightful host. We enjoyed our first visit in Red River. The cabin was clean and provided us with the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the complementary s’mores in the evenings with other guest on the main deck as well as the wildlife in the area. Deer come to your cabin and eat out of your hand. We would stay there again.
