My room (No. 109) was clean and quiet. Plus for nearly $55 I thought it was a bargain. It's not in the same category as Comfort Inn, Super 8, or Econo Lodge, but staying at those places costs a lot more. El Kapp Motel was adequate for my simple needs: safe, clean, safe and quiet.
Tony, the General Manager, was very friendly, and gives his guests a card for a 10% discount at several nearby restaurants, but I walked to a super market and bought some food that I could prepare in my room's microwave.
