Stayed here for three months on business .best price for this small town.Marriott and holiday inn were outrageously high.room has kitchen full size refrigerator. No oven.its slower price extended stay type.lots of people traffic.mostly working people like myself.contractors traveller's. The top floor is the smoking floor and its rank.I was on the third floor and there were days it was bad ask for a room opposite freeway.the staff are eager to help but they have to make do with what they have.if you have to stay lonbg term this is an OK place.if you want to pay 99 to 100 a night. Marriott stay bridge holiday inn are all available. There is really nothing to to after ten pm.the restaurants and fast food places all close.this is a university town so there are sometimes concerts and such there. Has a Sam's Walmart target so shopping us covered.

Stayed here a couple times under the Value Place brand. We arrived late, just before the desk clerk was about to leave for the evening, but she was kind enough to stay and help us check in. We reserved a suite with two full beds and had no problems checking in.

The room was large, clean and equipped with a powerful A/C Unit. The kitchen are really nice with a stovetop, ample sized sink, Microwave and even a full size fridge with freezer, a nice break from those tiny fridges found in most hotels. There were a few additional items that would have been nice, like a coffee pot and some basic cookware, kitchen utensils, bowls, plates and cups. Other than a couple bath towels, it had the feel of moving into a small furnished apartment. The ceiling only lighting was also a little harsh, it made you feel as if you were in a exam room, bright and cold. The complimentary WiFi was horrible and after a couple days even tried to purchase the "premium wifi service" and honestly I couldn't tell the difference,

During previous stays the place was almost exclusively occupied by construction workers but this time it actually felt more like low income housing with whole families and elderly, not a bad thing but it had a whole different dynamic.

Would we stay here again? Probably not, while the price was good by the time we got done at Walmart picking up all the "essentials" needed to make three people's stay comfortable we could have stayed at a full service extended stay hotel.

Room tip: Leave the A/C on to keep others cooking food odors from creeping into your room..

I am a contractor that works on electrical utilities so I decided to stay here for a week, attracted by the discounted rates. It worked out to $30 a night and there was a stove top, so hey, why not try to help out the company budget? Big mistake. I've stayed in similar lodging before but the big thing about this place is that whole families live here because of the low monthly rate. I checked in on Monday and every night in the room above me around 11-12 a crying baby comes into the room and does not stop crying. It's Saturday and That couple has been arguing and slamming things around for as long as I've been in the room today. Kids play in the halls really late at night and it's really just a place for people down on their luck, not for people stopping for the night and passing through on the interstate or someone looking for a place to rest after a days work out in the desert. You shouldn't stay here if your traveling through in the interstate. Please take my advice.

This is an extended stay hotel, it isn't for someone who is staying 1 night. We were meeting friends for dinner so after checking in we planned to drop our luggage in our room and leave for dinner. The first thing I noticed was there were no towels in the bathroom. The desk clerk got us towels from another unoccupied room. When we returned to our room to go to bed, we realized there were no curtains or blinds on the window! When we left at 7:30 a.m. there was no one manning the desk until 9:00 a.m. (so the sign said). The room was clean but no typical hotel amenities, i.e. coffee pot, shampoo, etc.; there were 2 plastic glasses and 1 small bar of soap.

The wireless service cuts off about every 5 minutes. There are no lamps by the bed for reading and no desk lamp. Sink stopper broken. If you need reliable wireless then you need a better hotel. If you like to read while in bed or write at the desk (table), then you need a better hotel. No ice machine.

Room tip: I would avoid 1st floor
