This is a very Nice Hotel, and accommodating staff, only issue was double charging, which was corrected and taken care of. Enjoyed my stay there every time i come to town. Will stay there again. Satisfied Customer

Rooms were on the small side but clean. I had to have my key card redone at the desk at least twice a day, every day of a three day stay, and usually morning and night. Two mornings took two trips up and down stairs or waiting for a slow elevator to go to the front desk to get the card redone.The desk clerk told me the first time that he thought it had been fixed the day before. (Glad that maintenance person works in a hotel and not on anything important!). Breakfast was about average for a LQ. Convenient location, parking OK.

Room Tip: Check that your key card works correctly the first day!

In our room we observed: the baseboard in the bathroom had been stapled to the wall the toilet seat was a super flimsly plastic that was crooked on the toilet and slipped when you sat on it the bathroom door had a hold patched in it and had another large crack in it one of the bed-side lamps was broken to the extent that the bulb hung downward below the lamp shade that same lamp's shad was cracked the tv was extremely small for the size of room and was only viewable from the bed and not the sitting area/couch there was no dresser in the room we were unable to get hot water in the bathroom sink until running the water for a long time and then starting the shower water to run the room had a slight (oily) odor the property was extremely loud - every door opening and shutting, as well as every alarm clock was clearly heard inside our room The staff were friendly and efficient; the room appeared clean.

The bathrooms were not clean. The supplies in the bathroom and the coffee packets were not replaced each day. The breakfast entries were not replaced in a timely manner and the scrambled eggs were not cooked and were runny.

The La Quinta Hobbs is the best place to stay. The staff is friendly, rooms super clean & the breakfast & happy hour is amazing. Next time you're in Hobbs please stay at the La Quinta, you will enjoy your stay and the price is right.
