No don't stay here! Hotel is right across the trains running all day & night! Blowing horns! Price is way too much! I do not recommend staying at this hotel. Did not sleep at all do to the noise all night long!

We are aware that the train is an issue at our property and always try to warn our guests when making reservations directly with our hotel and also upon check-in. I do apologize if this was not the case for you. We also always provide earplugs in the guest bathroom and also have available at the front desk. I would also like to apologize that you found our hotel to be overpriced. Our rates are based on our occupancy and the competitor rates in town. We have stayed at this location several times and have not been disappointed yet. This is a good stopping place when heading from Texas to Colorado. Rooms have always been clean and the staff seems to be happy we are there.

Make this simple, if you want to be up all night stay here. Will be woken up every 30 min by train horns. Terrible. They give you ear plugs but who wants to sleep with those in? The staff was good but, was put into a bad position when it comes to dealing with the train noise. The AC unit was not working like it should, it was a very long night.

This hotel was clean, had a good breakfast, exercise room, and pool with hot tub. Try to book a room to the back of the hotel as this is a major train hub and rooms close to the street will hear trains blowing their horns all night. They say they do have ear plugs in those rooms, but not sure that would have helped me. The room at the back were just fine. Upon arriving around 6:00pm they had chips and salsa and warm cookies for guests. Staff was friendly and helpful. This hotel is on the main highway coming through town so easy to find. I thought it was a little pricey for a smaller town but otherwise a good clean stop over hotel. Ample parking and close to restaurants.

Room Tip: Get a room towards the back so you don't hear the trains all night.

The Hampton in Clovis is nice, easy to access as it is on a major highway. But, trains go through all night blowing their whistles making it difficult to sleep. The eating in the area is easy and delicious especially at K-Bobs.
