Discovering JW Marriott and its incredible architecture is one of the top thing to do on Phu Quoc island.
I would strongly recommend spending a full day there...and enjoy the fine dining food prepared by Chef Amine and his Team!
Breakfast: Great variety of choices with good quality products.
A La Carte menu: Either French or Japanese or Vietnamese, you won't be disappointed!
Being French, I mostly go for the French food, and I recommend Chef's special Pâté en Croûte (part of the cold meat platter), as well as the volaille (chicken) with foie gras and morilles.
What is very enjoyable at Tempus Fugit is that Chef Amine goes out his kitchen to talk to the guests, and explain about his menu.
If you have any doubt about what to choose for your lunch or dinner, he will suggest you the right thing to pick.
Buffet/Seafood Buffet: Once again, great variety of choices with good quality products. Just a little bit disappointed on the pastries/desserts, their chocolate fountain being the best dessert they had.
Service: If the staff is very smiling, we would expect way more from them. Specifically being more attentive to their guests. However, being in its first year of opening, this will obviously improve with time.
Price: Very affordable for a fine dining.
To sum up, a big thank you to Chef Amine and his team, Chef Take, and Joan (DFB) to make your time at Tempus Fugit an amazing experience.
Strongly recommend the place!
