Beyond the fact that my Chicken Francaise was very bland, our experience took such an awful turn as the dinner party next to us was incredibly loud... to the point that my wife and I, on our 25 year anniversary, couldn't even have a conversation with one another. It could have been the three bottles of wine on their table, but they were so loud that we just had the restaurant pack up our food so we could eat it at home. Ok... things like this happen, but what was worse is that the manager would not adjust the bill by even a dollar. I mean, take off the ice tea, whatever. She did offer a few connolis but we don't eat sugar. For me, the issue isn't whether there's a problem with a meal, because that can happen. But when management doesn't deal with those problems... when they don't care about the experience of their customers (she said, "We can't control the volume of our customers,"), then its time to visit one of the many other good restaurants in the area. They got a BIG "F" in my book today. Very disappointed.
