In many years of travel I have never written a bad review of a hotel before but had a terrible experience at this hotel. We had reserved online for a night in July 2018 but had to postpone our trip due to rainy weather. We rescheduled our trip to include a night at the Quality Inn Pleasantville. We had a tough time with the reschedule so my husband called the hotel directly twice in advance and even though it was a challenge talking to Remesh, the manager we were told we were all set and even printed out a reservation details with a room rate of $135.00 including tax. Upon arriving on a busy Friday August 24, we were told by Remesh that we did not have a reservation and he would not honor our computer print out that stated that exact date and AAA price. Instead he told us it would be $168.00 and not even sure if that included tax. He was not friendly or helpful at all and definitely not willing to honor our reservation print out price. We left angry and with no hotel room at 6 pm on a busy Friday night in August. Luckily we will able to get a room directly across the street at Wingate by Wyndham at a lower price for a very nice room! In hindsight, we should have been concerned when we pulled in to the Quality Inn and saw no cars in the parking lot and the front desk man was doing laundry. Then when we went over to Wyndham, and the place was very busy but had two front desk clerks checking people in quickly and efficiently. Thankfully they saved our night! We also will be calling the nationwide Quality Inn line to complain about this hotel. Just wrong!

We stayed at this property 7-17-2018 to 7-21-2018.We had a very nice stay. The front desk management team of Remesh and TJ were very friendly and professional and went out of their way to insure we had a pleasant stay. The property is in a great location. The rooms are spacious and clean and some rooms have a jacuzzi. The rooms have a small refrigerator, microwave coffeemaker and hair dryer. The property offers free parking, has an outdoor swimming pool and offers free breakfast.Overall this a nice property to visit and offers a very reasonable price.Nancy and George.

Missing tiles in bathroom, black mold, flies, old chicken left in refrigerator, battered furniture. Wife had nightmares of someone trying to break in. Phone call at 3:00 AM (no answer). All for $229 a night.

Nice clean motel but kind of pricey for one night. It was a Saturday night. Beds comfortable, good breakfast with eggs, sausage and make your own waffles. Hot tub in room didn't work. Didn't get to try pool as it didn't open until 11am and we checked in late the night before. They did let us stay an extra hour before checking out. Area ok, outside of AC

We needed a place to stay near Atlantic City for our anniversary. The casinos were ridiculously overpriced, so after doing much research, I decided on this place. So, a few things are important to me when I stay at a hotel/motel: a comfortable bed, a good shower, & decent Wi-Fi, anything above these is a plus. The bed was comfortable, the shower could of had better pressure, & the Wi-Fi was really good. Ok, with that said, one of the reasons I chose this place was because they offered a buffet breakfast. This was a little misleading. Yes, they had eggs, sausage, muffins, cereal, 2% milk, juices, bread, bagels, and coffee but I would not have considered it by any means a buffet. It was a nice enough breakfast but they should not have used the words,”buffet.” This place suited our basic needs which was good. On a side note, my boyfriend did not like that you got fresh towels every three days. He felt the room should be cleaned daily and you should get fresh towels everyday, that’s one of the perks of staying away from home.
