What a wonderful experience! The first words from the server’s mouth were “Does anyone at the table have any food sensitivities or allergies we should know about?” YES! The menu is well marked with many, many gluten free options including multiple appetizers. I chose their flat bread with spicy homemade sausage. The bread was very thin and moist. My friend who isn’t gluten free remarked that she wouldn’t even know if someone just handed her a slice. The sausage had a nice kick and was topped with feta (at my request instead of mozzarella) and basil. Absolutely delicious.
I ordered this as my lunch and it was a bit shy of filling. If you are a light eater it is probably perfect, but if not I would keep it as an appetizer.
My friend ordered the salmon salad (which also comes gf). The bed of spinach was fresh, salmon perfectly cooked, and she said the ratio of nuts, cheese, apples and cranberries was ideal.
I would definitely recommend this. It is my new favorite spot!
