Celebrated our 23rd wedding anniversary with dinner. This was our first time in Long Branch. We got there at 5:30 on a Sunday afternoon for a 6:30 reservation. We were able to be seated. Our server greeted us immediately we got drinks and ordered. The spinach-artichoke dip was was soooo good so was the bisque. I had salmon my wife had the crab cakes and grits which she loved. Didn't ask for desert because we were full. Shout out to Taylor for her great service. We ate inside as the band played but the view of the beach was phenomenal. A bit pricey but we'll worth eating on the beach. We are beach bums going to Ocean Grove every summer on multiple occasions but I guess we have a New Jersey shore spot. Pier Village is a great hangout. Big ups also to the Seven Presidents Ocean Park also. We'll be seeing you very soon.

First the good part: Great location overlooking the beach; decent food; attentive service. The bad: portions varied from adequate to small, particularly at their prices. For example, a cup of decent clam chowder was $8.95; a crab cake entree was $21 for one small crab cake, a few tiny slices of potatoes, and a few asparagus spears. At least a salad had a decent amount of crab on it. The key lime pie was a daily special and the only bargain at $7.For all of that plus one cocktail and one iced tea, lunch cost $90 with tax and tip.

Fresh oysters & clams nicely presented. Entrees ample & well prepared. Service, summer college help I would assume, left a lot to be desired. Had to ask multiple times for drink refills although their Bloody Mary's were delicious.

Brunch overlooking the ocean is a wonderful way to spend a morning either with a special date or with great friends. The food is grand, the view delightful, and the live music bring a smile to my face. I will certainly love to do this more often !

We had the shrimp, lobster & baked artichoke. Shrimp came with many dipping sauces.

Service was excellent and prices were expensive, but worth it!

The location and view to the beach could not be better.
